Industry experience shaped into practical software training
Swetha Anireddy is the founder and lead trainer of TechBuzz IT Solutions. Before focusing fully on training and independent technical work, she worked with Cognizant for around three years, gaining exposure to professional software environments, project processes and client-oriented technical work.
She later moved strongly into software training and has trained learners through multiple institutions in Ameerpet and Dilsukhnagar. Her experience with different student backgrounds helped her develop a teaching approach that starts with fundamentals and gradually moves toward practical implementation.
Along with classroom and online training, she has also handled freelance software projects and technical support work. This combination of teaching, project exposure and support experience helps her explain not only how a technology works, but also how it is applied in practical situations.
At TechBuzz, she remains closely involved in training, student guidance, assignments, projects, doubt clarification and career-oriented skill development. The focus is on clear explanation, patient guidance and consistent practice rather than simply completing a syllabus.
